[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Compile Errors with Apache/APRS 2.2 (and a fix! ;))

When installing Evergreen using Apache 2.2, APR gave an issue 'Syntax
error before "apr_off_t"' (or similar).  This is fixed by running
"export CFLAGS=-D_LARGEFILE64_SOURCE" before "make" (in Evergreen).

Before I update the Wiki with this, I just wanted the community to verify this.
