The attached patch file includes the patches I have submitted to the
osrf source tree since October 27, starting with "PATCH:
osrf_app_session.[ch] (const-correctness)".  This patch file was
based on a fresh checkout taken today.

Notes:

1. This file does NOT include the patches I submitted for oils_idl.h
or oil_idl-core.c, because those are in a different source tree.  In
any case the directory structure has changed in the meanwhile, 
complicating any attempt to create a consolidated patch.  I think the
original patches will still work, but watch out for glitches, 
especially involving the location of header files.

2. The osrf_system.c file has had a small patch in the meanwhile.  I
manually merged those changes so as not to undo them.

3. I looked at the ages of all the other files in the repository,
and I think that they're all old enough that this patch won't
undo any recent patches.
