[OPEN-ILS-DEV] reporter problems

With my latest installations, I'm having trouble running Reports.  The 
reporter and output directories had not been created, and the success 
and failure templates weren't in place.  I fixed those, but I'm 
wondering if there's something else that didn't happen that I'm missing.


Looks like everything's running:

# ps ax|grep report

I only get a little info in the gateway.log:

And a 404 on the client end:
