[OPEN-ILS-DEV] acq timeline

I have a sizeable collection of materials that I could put online after 
getting permission from the submitters. The basic cycle for 
ordering/invoicing seems consistent (some combination of ledgers, 
journals, postings, and charts of accounts, which are age old methods of 
tracking financials ) but there are variations for handling different 
material types. I am on the road until Thursday but will try to move these 
over to the evergreen wiki then.
