[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen demo servers

The GPLS-hosted Evergreen demo servers at demo.gapines.org will be down
Monday (17th) and Tuesday (18th) for hardware/OS maintenance and upgrades.
The demo servers will return Wednesday the 19th running Evergreen-1.2-rc3.
