Hey Robert,

What was the final resolution?
I installed a new version the long way - checkin/out work fine but I'm still having issue with holds.

I just wanted to let everyone know that was watching this thread that I do
have a complete working copy of the software running now including the holds
and checkout functions. Thanks for all of the help.
