[OPEN-ILS-DEV] unable to login as admin

Dear Member,
Log in as admin and passwd as open-ils  getting error

Login failed. The username or password provided was not valid.
Ensure Caps-Lock is off and try again or contact your local library.

when I run clark-kent.pl --daemon it warns

When I login as admin through srfsh
