Vijay, try this:

grep '<pw>' /openils/conf/opensrf.xml

Each of the passwords should be identical.  If not, edit opensrf.xml
so that they are, and then restart services (and if that fails, try
settings-tester again).

The file /openils/conf/live-db-setup.pl should also have the same password.
