[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Installing Evergreen using debian_etch_x86 instructions - Step 7

Yep, it has been updated recently by someone. Basically the step you 
were asking about id to change into the directory of the Evergreen 
software bundle you just downloaded. I think the old version didn't even 
to tell you to download the software.
