[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Pylons acq / admin web install and config instructions

Hi all:

I wrote about the work going on in the acq-experiment branch at
http://open-ils.org/blog/?p=115 ("A new path for acquisitions development")

I've tried documenting how to get the Pylons-based acq / admin Web interface
running at http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=acq:installing_python(based
on a relatively clean Debian Etch install).

Hopefully this helps others who might be interested in poking at what's
going on in the acq-experiment branch and contributing to the effort. If you
can give these instructions a shot, and provide feedback, it would be much
appreciated.
