[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Road map for 1.2.3?

There's no mention of 1.2.3 on http://open-ils.org/roadmap.php - it
would be nice to plug it into the roadmap and update the roadmap
accordingly. For example, right now "web-based self-check" sits in
2.x, so that should presumably move out of 2.x and into the new 1.2.3
release.

How will the 1.2.3 release affect releases 1.4 and 2.0 on the roadmap?
