[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Staff client self-check/express-check mode

Here's a dumb answer to your dumb question -- I have absolutely no idea.  Is
there such a thing as a USB desensitizer?  Maybe Josh can chime in and let
us know how his self checks handle desensitizing?
