For circ modifiers, you can add more to the config file (for currently
released versions), and these will migrate into the database as of
1.4.

That's just the name supplied in the config file, and K_book is just a
K-level BKS template record. You can create more templates by adding
an almost-empty marcxml record (or cloning and changing an existing)
and adding it to the config file next to the K_book element, in the
same form.
