I believe you're looking for 'permission.grp_tree'.  However, it
shouldn't be necessary to go directly to the DB to delete user groups
(I think you can do it from bootstrap).

Looks like ue_config.js and user_editor.js  under
/openils/var/web/xul/########/server/patron.
