Robert, if you have this client:
http://open-ils.org/downloads/evergreen-setup-rel_1_2_2_0.exe

Then make sure you have a directory like this on the server:
/openils/var/web/xul/rel_1_2_2_0/

You may need to create a symlink for it to the most recent directory in web/xul
