OpenSRF 1.0.1, release candidate 1, is available for testing.

A tarball of the release is available for download from
http://evergreen-ils.org/downloads/OpenSRF-1.0.1-rc1.tar.gz

To install and configure OpenSRF, please follow the instructions in
the README contained within the tarball.

If you test out this release, please respond to this thread and
include the following information:

  * Hardware (processor, RAM)
  * Operating system (distribution name and version)
  * Test configuration (client and server on same machine, or separate
client / server)
  * The exact "./configure " command you issued
  * Output from the "osrf_config" command
  * What you tested:
    * srfsh (include the commands you tried)
    * examples/math_client.py
    * examples/math_bench.pl
    * examples/multisession-test.pl
  * Any problems you noticed during configure/compile/install/testing

(Other suggestions for standard testing information / steps would be
appreciated - this is the first time that we're trying something
structured, and we can undoubtedly improve).

Thanks, in advance, for helping to improve OpenSRF!
