[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Question regarding the upgrade to 1.2.4 from 1.2.3

Hi.

I have a question regarding whether OpenSRF has to be upgraded as well when
upgrading from 1.2.3.0 to 1.2.4 

It is mentioned in the documentation that OpenSRF 1.0 is required for 1.2.4
