[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Safari login/logout cookie problem

I'm having a cookie problem with Safari, where a patron can login to the 
OPAC and use their account without any problem.  Then, after logout, 
they can never get beyond the initial index.xml again.  Not to log back 
in or reach another page such as an advanced search.  Each click results 
in the requested page quickly being displayed, then they are returned to 
the initial page.

The cure is to manually remove the EG cookie, or simply close/re-open 
Safari.  Google has turned up some Safari cookie issues, but I haven't 
found a useful fix.
