[OPEN-ILS-DEV] what is the latest version of Evergreen

Dear Member,
Can anyone please tell me the latest version of Evergreen ILS.

In recent changes, I saw the Evergreen  1.4 as mentioned in wiki
http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=upgrading:1.2_to_1.4

But I am not getting from where I can download the latest one.
Is there any manual for latest one for installation?
