[OPEN-ILS-DEV] how to add library name

Dear All,
I am getting error during bulk import, Please any one help me to add
library name so that I can add the folllowing field in any file for
library name and branch for marc tag 999$m and 999$l.
I have given 999$m as NCSI and 999$l as BR1  but its throwing error
during bulk imporing.

I have added library name as NCSI and owning branch as Example Branch 1 in
admin > local system administration > Copy Locations Editor

when we run xulrunner the following workstation showing
workstation
BR1-NCSI

Please help me to find out this small problem ie, how to add library
name and branch for our library .
or if any documentation is available regarding the workflow with
evergreen, provide me a link.
