[OPEN-ILS-DEV] (Pathc) marc2sre.pl GetOptions

Attached is a small patch (against trunk) which fixes the GetOptions
in marc2sre.xml. It fixes a small bug with the "idsubfield" parameter,
and changes "idfield" to accept a string instead of an int (to match
the behaviour of marc2bre.pl).
