[OPEN-ILS-DEV] ejabberd problems - almost there I think

I am installing the latest downloads to a Ubuntu 8.04 and I am almost done.  When I go to start evergreen I get the following return:

I have checked all the config files

In the srfsh log I see this entry:

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
