Hi Rene, ejabberd is definitely running at this point, right?

The dates involved seem far apart, so I don't know if they're related.
 Are you using osrf as a jabber username somewhere in your configs?
Should it be changed to opensrf?

Have you tried running settings-tester.pl recently as user opensrf?
