[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 2 problems-Evergreen error message during client login/Adding Patrons not found after Add

Evergreen 1.4.0.4

 

1)      I have been seeing this error upon attempting login on a few
workstations.  It happens on these 2 all the time, but not on mine.
Where/what is this?  What does it mean?

After you click ok, it looks like it is waiting for a workstation name,
etc, in a red box, but does not allow any entry in the
branch/workstation box.

 

 

 

 

 

I have also tried adding 2 patrons.  Got to the finish screen  and hit
Save (or save and clone).  It takes about 3 seconds and it is 'saved', I
think

 

Problem is, the patron is not found in the database to edit/change,
searching any fields, zips, last name, barcode value, etc.  Not found.

 

This is a clean Evergreen 1.4.0.4 system, no changes made to the system,
except password for admin changed.
