[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Error with autogen script

As I recall, if you look at the installation instructions, step 3
under "starting Evergreen" says:

> As the opensrf user, generate the Web files needed by the staff
> client and catalogue and update the organization unit proximity (you
> need to do this each time you change the library hierarchy in

(emphasis added)

You have to set up the hierarchy and organization units for your
library, then regenerate the web pages using the autogen script. In
theory, it should start up with the generic hiearchy and OUs, but I
saw a few problems that went away after I set these up via the
config.cgi script.

It's a thought.
