[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Internal Server Error on 'Server Settings' screen

I just tried getting into your test server I think I may have found your problem, When I test the hostname the files for my version of the staff client are not found (version 1.4.0.4). Are you sure that you ran this as the root user
cd /home/opensrf/Evergreen-ILS-1.4.0.4
make STAFF_CLIENT_BUILD_ID=rel_1_4_0_4 install
cp /openils/conf/opensrf.xml.example /openils/conf/opensrf.xml
cp /openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml.example /openils/conf/opensrf_core.xml
chown -R opensrf:opensrf /openils/
