[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Not able to access patron "info" 1.4?

Oh hey just solved the problem,

For anyone interested, it was because I was using XULrunner 1.9
(Macintosh) -- I was lulled into thinking 1.9 was working as this was
the only problem I was having.

1.8.1.4 unfortunately shows no menus.  1.8.0.4 still works fine.
