[OPEN-ILS-DEV] 1.6RC1 - Acquistions - possible bugs

Some possible bugs and one enhancement request:

* In Acquisitions > Selection Lists (select an item) > Edit Order Record... I get the following error:

	FIXME, MARC Editor, loadRecord: TypeError: grid_rows.getElementsByAttribute("class", "marcDatafieldRow")[0] is undefined

* In Selection Lists > Mark Received (doesn't seem to anything in my test)

* In Provider > Provider Contact > New Contact  ---> creates duplicate entries with each new contact I created.

* In Provider > Provider Contact > Contact Address > If I make a change to Contact name above (e.g. fix spelling mistake), when I go back into Contact Address, the Contact drop down box seems to loose it's selection focus on the correct (now modified) name. This occurs even if I go out and come back in.

* Important enhancement request *  -- Almost all ordering is done online -- URL entry should be permited for Providers - ideally, multi-URL capable. Suggest new tab in Provider edit screen "Provider URL"
