[OPEN-ILS-DEV] removing en-US from config.i18_locale table

Hi All,


Is it safe to remove the "en-US" entry from the config.i18_locale table? I noticed other major Canadian sites had not removed it and have an en-US option on their OPACs. Was this out of courtesy for your American patrons or is it required for technical reasons?

 I also noticed the following  lines in /etc/apache2/eg_vhost.conf:

# Force to en-US for now to satisfy bbags.xml
SetEnv  locale en-US

As a Canadian site, can I force it to en-CA or will it break code?
