Yes, my situation was that CPU would never die down once I had started
OpenSRF Perl. I was able to get a response from "introspect
opensrf.settings" in srfsh if I only started the opensrf.settings
service (by calling opensrf-perl.pl directly). I couldn't get any
further than that and have decided to give up and try installing
Evergreen on a different computer.
