[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Small display bug - MARC21slim2MODS32.xsl - patch

Hello,

We were running into a problem with the subject sidebar where "part" names
were displaying with no space.  For instance:

630 00  ‡aBible. ‡pO.T. ‡xCriticism, interpretation, etc., Jewish ‡xHistory
‡y19th century.

diplays as:

BibleO.T

This was traced to an error in the XSL file where the "part" template was
called inside of the <title> tag rather than immediately after it.  The patch
fixes this one issue, but the changelog at LOC mentions a few other small
changes which might be worth throwing in as well:
