[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Upcoming changes to the serial schema

Hello Scott,

Despite the fact that some of the other tables have existed for some time now, AFAIK, only the serial.record_entry table has been used in any stable release of Evergreen.  So I would say it doesn't matter much (the serial.record_entry table hasn't changed).
