[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Unable to connect jabber server

Hi
When I entered the command osrf_ctl.sh -l -a start_all then it shows the
error message saying
Starting OpenSRF Router
Unable to connect router to jabber server public.localhost... exiting

Can someone help me to work it out?
