Here's a link to a Parallels VM for Evergreen 1.6.0.4..
I haven't tested downloading and implementing yet but it should work.

If anyone's interested please take a look and let me know if this is
worth while.
Cloning it caused some network MAC address craziness - I just edited
"networking" and enabled the next ethX.
