[OPEN-ILS-DEV] ***SPAM*** update on cataloging fault in evergreen

Here's another update on the cataloging fault in evergreen 1.6.0.3, 
running on Ubuntu 9.10, for Washington County Public Library.
There are more logging details available if anyone has ever run into 
this sort of problem before....any help is greatly appreciated.

After doing some research it looks like this is an intermittent 
problem.   Unfortunately intermittent problems are the hardest to 
troubleshoot.

That query crashed the server on 4/15, but we can see it succeeded and 
created the record on 4/19. I will continue to research and provide 
updates.  We are going to beat this problem!

On another note, it seems that the admin/open-ils default username and 
password still work.  You should change this password for security reasons.
