[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Submitting: Patch for offline_checkout.xul and lang.dtd to allow for 21 and 28 day "date helper" objects

I concur. We use mostly 7 day and 21 day circulations with a few  
others for really oddball items.

Consider this a vote for the patch to be included.
