Hi all, things are going great with our Evergreen system.  I am having
a small problem that I can't figure out, hoping you guys can help.
When I try to checkout a noncataloged item as a precat, it fails.
Here is the error and helpdesk ticket info:
----------------------------
Network or server failure.  Please check your Internet connection to
evergreen.thecenterweb.org and choose Retry Network.  If you need to
enter Offline Mode, choose Ignore Errors in this and subsequent
dialogs.  If you believe this error is due to a bug in Evergreen and
not network problems, please contact your help desk or friendly
Evergreen administrators, and give them this information:

--------------------------------
A matter of permissions, maybe?  Our volumes and items are at the
Consortium level, so I changed some of the depths as needed.  What
permissions are necessary to be able to create a precat on-the-fly
during a checkout?
Or maybe it's something else entirely.  Thanks for your thoughts on this!
