[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Unable to use Lenny_1614.ovf and VMWare Player

Thanks, Dan.

I have VBox up and running, but I'm bumping into resource (RAM) issues. Was hoping that VMWare might run a little lighter.

Guess I'll have to see about getting my hands on a beefier machine to test with.

Thanks for the reply.

Hi Rush:

I have no recent experience with VMWare products but have heard that
importing standard OVF files, even with the additional OVF import
tools, is a pain.

I recommend using VirtualBox (available from http://virtualbox.org) as
that's what the images have been created with.

Dan
