[OPEN-ILS-DEV] template toolkit master merge branch

I've been testing this, too. Whenever I go to My Lists, it eventually  
times out. Others here have not had the same issue.--I haven't tested  
after merging the latest changes this morning.

I don't mind it being merged into master, but it is definitely not  
entirely ready to go in my opinion.

Of course, part of the issue may be our environment here. We seem to  
have problems with the code that others don't.
