[OPEN-ILS-DEV] New Evergreen "Dashboard" page proposed for future releases

Hi there,

I just dug this up because I'd remembered it'd been posted, it was hard for
me to find because of the different terminology used to refer to the page
("dashboard", "staff client index page", "home screen", etc).

I would like to see this included in future releases.   At SITKA we don't
really need this, but I think it's really great for new users to orient
themselves, and it also adds a nice glossy sheen.

I would maybe change "Submit Help Ticket" to "Get Help with Evergreen" and
should link where it goes right now (the "Communicate" page on
evergreen-ils.org)
