[OPEN-ILS-DEV] OpenSRF Connection Test

Hey Robert,

I know it's been tested on 10.04 but I'm not sure if I saw anything 
against 10.10 on the site.  The install went pretty smoothly, I'm just 
not getting the response I should with the srfsh command when testing 
the connections on OpenSRF.  Thanks for the quick reply.
