[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Monograph Parts

I haven't found any REQ that addresses parts with the specificity you
probably would like to see.

Generally, I would ask that the UI for both staff and patrons be
straightforward and unambiguous, so that both groups have ease of use and
understanding both of the process and any error messages that might result
from their actions. And that it not negatively impact workflow for
catalogers.

If you need something more specific, let me know and I will see if I can
get something written up. Having the ability to place true volume level
holds (meaning a hold across all vol x attached to a bib record) will be
very helpful to all users.

There is some time. I'm stabilizing the backend code an will be moving to
UIs, but until this gets integrated into the mainline repo we can change
details relatively easily. Thanks in advance!
