Evergreen Version: 2.0R1

Problem:
Unable to create a new Funding Source in the Acquisitions Module because
the Owner field does not accept data.

Reproduction:
- Select menu item Admin > Server Administration > Acquisitions > Funding
Sources
- Select "New Funding Source"
- Unable to select an "Owner"
