[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Silly little thing for Staff Client Button Bar

This would be a "silly little thing" if Evergreen was still at .3 and was
barely functional. At 1.6 it's "details" or at least "polish," and they're
always good to have. Thanks for taking care of it. (We don't use the toolbar
here, so it has only bothered me in screenshots. :) )
