[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Silly little thing for Staff Client Button Bar

All,

I know this may seem like a "who cares" thing but this was something that always bugged me with the 1.6 and higher staff clients.  Somehow, unlike the "arrow" images, the rest of the "button bar" got saved with transparency off and it put this weird black border around the icons.

They also had a slightly different hue, which was easily fixed.

Just drop these into Open-ILS/xul/staff_client/build/chrome/skin/media/images in whatever tarball (or in C:\Program Files\Evergreen Staff Client\chrome\skin\media\images for a local only change)  and they should be much better!
