[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Export/re-import of bib records as part of an external clean-up process

Hello Jeff,

We do something like this annually (in our case, using LTI for authority cleanup).  I can't say our methods are particularly advanced, but I would be happy to share what we have done.  Are you on 2.0, or an earlier version?
