[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Upgrade 2.0.9 to 2.0.10

Hi Grant,

When I ran the upgrade, I also saw some messages similar to 
   'Couldn't find any package whose name or description matched "postgresql-client-9.0"'
but my process did not error out.  

I was able to continue with the installation and am running Evergreen with PostgreSQL 8.4.9.

Running the following version of Ubuntu.
 - Distributor ID:	Ubuntu
 - Description:	Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS
 - Release:	10.04
 - Codename:	lucid

Following the instructions here:

4.2    make -f Open-ILS/src/extras/Makefile.install ubuntu-lucid
returns errors indicating I need PostgreSQL 9
Does PostgreSQL need to be upgraded or can I use 8.4.8-0ubuntu0.10.04?
