[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Upgrade 2.0.9 to 2.0.10

Thanks Dan,

8.4.9 client wasn't really a concern.. noting an anomaly... and it
worked just fine.

The tex* issues was resolved,  as you indicated, by removing them.
 - They were reinstalled when we ran the Makefile again though. :-0
