[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Printing reciepts from Evergreen with extended charset

  Hello,
I apologize for a crosspost. We have started running Evergreen 2.0.9 in 
a small school library in the Czech Republic
We have two problems. One is with printing reciept with Czech chars 
inside. Example from preceding email:

When I try to insert the expression "probe +ěščřžýáíé=ú" into the input 
field in the Receipt Template Edidor, it returns "probe 
+%u011B%u0161%u010D%u0159%u017Eýáíé=ú".
The problem is independent to location setings (en_US, or cs_CZ)

I could not find any solution.
