[OPEN-ILS-DEV] adding library hours of operation to fine accrual

Hi,
We are interested in looking at some options to make fine generation check
Library Hours of Operation as well as the current check against the Closed
Dates. The aim would be for hourly fine items to accrue based on actual
time that a Library is open on an hourly basis as well as factoring in the
Closed Dates.

An example would be Laptops checked out on an hourly basis. Currently, the
still accrue hourly fines over the early morning hours when the library is
technically closed for business.

 I thought I would post this here first to see if anyone currently has a
hack for this and to see if others have any interest in this as a
configurable feature .
